View Menu
The View menu commands are explained below:
Table Format
   Switches the view of the data from Record format to Table format. When there are more records than can be displayed on the screen, Data Editor displays the current record at the top of the window.
     Enabled in: Record Format View
Record Format
   Switches the view of the data from Table format to Record format. Data Editor displays the record that had been selected in the Table Format View.
     Enabled in: Table Format View
Font
  Displays the font configuration dialog box. Data Editor uses the selected font for the data and item information in the main window.
     Enabled in: Initial View, Record Format View, Table Format View
Screen Format
   Displays a sub-menu of screen elements that you can switch off or on. Click on the element to switch its display on or off. A check mark by the element indicates that it is being displayed. The switchable elements are:
      - Level Number
      - Description
      - Offset
      - Toolbar
      - Status Bar
      - Hexadecimal Edit bar
     Enabled in: Initial View (Toolbar, Status Bar), Record Format View, Table Format View (Level number is excluded)
Select Items
  Displays a dialog to select which data items are displayed and edited. The following display selections are available:
      - Which record format to use
      - Whether OCCURS items are expanded or collapsed
      - Which items to display
      - Which descriptions to use when there are REDEFINE alternatives.
     Enabled in: Record Format View
Key Information
   Displays record key information. This command can be selected only for an indexed file.
     Enabled in: Record Format View, Table Format View
