as a self-extracting .EXE file and run the install program
locally.
This
installation is contained in a single executable file
which contains the install program.
You
will need to download the file, then launch it to run
the installation. After Setup has run you can delete the
COBOLV3.EXE. The download size across the Web is the actual
size of bits that go across your modem or connection.
Approximate time at 28.8 kbps modem is between 1-2 hours.
